- Coco Martin shared that “Ang Probinsyano” evening action-drama tv series isn’t going to end yet
- There are more exciting things to look forward to in the show
- The actor is also working on a new film and a new game app
With “Ang Probinsyano’s” consistent high ratings and success, Coco Martin admitted that the management is finding it hard to end the story of the long-running action-drama TV series. Being the lead actor of the show, he felt like there are still a lot of stories that can be taken up.
“Patindi na nang patindi ang ‘Ang Probinsyano’ kasi iba na ang kuwento niya. Before, pulis ako; ngayon naman kami ‘yung lumalaban sa mga tiwaling tao, sa masamang tao. Kumbaga hindi na ako pulis ngayon; ako na ang pinaghahanap ng kapulisan,” the actor said.
[‘Ang Probinsyano’ is getting more intense because of its different story. Before, I was a police; now we are fighting against the corrupt people, the bad people. I am not a police now; I’m the one being chased by the police.]
The award-winning actor also shared how his role transitioned from a courageous police to a well-principled fighter. The story has developed into a series that talks about serious issues in the government, society and personal struggles.
Coco is also working on a new film adapted from the new game app he is developing.
